Married a geek, then left a job in advertising to be a personal assistant to a toddler. The pay is... well, nonexistent, but the perks are simply priceless.
Yesterday, my son and I were running around the park and feeding the ducks. I wore a short sleeved shirt and my son was sweating beneath the jacket I made him wear.
Yes, my husband is stuck on a closed road with no chance of making it home anytime soon. Love the TX snowstorms...when it comes to roads there is no plan B. But pretty.
Well hello there fellow Texan. I never picked up that you lived in TX after reading many of your posts. I thought you were in the North East for some reason. No particular reason. This is the 3rd photo I have seen with snow in Texas. My son would have been in heaven if it would have come our way.

Well from sunny California that snow sure looks pretty. Spring really is just around the corner, nevermind the snow.

We waited and waited for our snow and it just died out before it got to us. The kids were bummed. School was open. Poor babes.
My brother lives in Dallas and couldn't believe all the snow you guys got.
In a mean way it makes me feel good. He's always bragging about the weather..... Sorry.
