While watching the news today, I was shocked to learn that the price of groceries and DIAPERS (!!!) along with heating and energy will be going up in the coming months...
Up to 7% for the diapers, they say. Okay, that probably seems minuscule... unless you've ever had to buy them in the quantities that I do. My son even went up a size this week.
Somehow, the prospect of potty training seems less scary now. Hmm....
I was contemplating how we could possibly cut back even MORE on our expenses when I heard something in the kitchen...
Yep, it was a week's worth of cereal falling all over my kitchen floor.Now I'm not going to say it was Hubby who very foolishly left an opened box of cereal at toddler reach, but I'm not going to deny either...
By the way, my son was pants-less by choice. Perhaps, this means we can cut down on clothing and laundry. That would save money, right?
Nah, we'll only have to put it towards the increasing cost of subsequently uneaten cereal.

How 'bout you just hand him the milk and a spoon. Toddlers prefer anything on the floor to a bowl anyway....

My son never wears pants at home. It makes potty training so much easier.
Pants? Who wears pants? Nobody in our family wears pants. :)
And I second Kelley- was the floor clean? As long as nothing's sticking to it, I say "go for it"!

I looked at that picture and didn't even NOTICE the spill. Just another every day occurence!
And wow, he is so frickin' adorable.
No pants is cool. It makes for easier thigh tickle access. It's my kiddos' most ticklish spot.
