A peek into my closet... pointy toes, four inch heels, what was I thinking, strappy, knee-high boots, trendy flats that give me blisters, flip-flips, flip-flops, flip-flops...
Finally, some sensible (mom?) shoes for the fall...

On several occasions, I've come home from the mall with something that I already own. I think we all do. Whether it's black loafers, brown pants, or plain white tees, we're just creatures of habit.
To remedy this, I make a point to shop with a friend whose style varies greatly from mine own and buy something upon her suggestion. That's how I know I don't already own i and that's how I ended up with these shoes.
They're not me at all, but came highly recommended by a friend who claims that she wore them through her entire pregnancy... even at the end when the only shoes that "fit" me were flip-flops. That's quite an endorsement in my world.
They're cozy. They're comfy. They're suede.
Finally, the perfect mom shoe that doesn't make me look like an old lady. The best part is that I found them at DSW!!! How very PRACTICAL!

She is on vacation; she just left me in charge of posting it to the internet today. But I didn't get it posted until about mid afternoon..... She also suggested I do a guest posting on Friday, but I got busy with geeky things and didn't get to it (nor could I think of a good entertaining topic). Bad Hubby.. :-(
