Umm, did I mention to you that my son is happy to have BOTH of his parents at home all day? Scratch that. He is OVER THE MOON GA-GA about it. The tyke wakes up all smiles everyday and all the time. He loves playing with Mommy and Daddy.... all...day...long.

- ....there's always a playmate!
- ...with all of his activities cut, we're to-ge-ther... all... the... time. Bonus!
- No more going out to eat means no more strange high chairs and being on best behavior
- No more shopping for Mommy means no more sitting in carts for hours on end
- ... No more dressing rooms
- ... No more "We'll leave in a sec, Honey"
- ... No more "just browsing"

The zoo is so much fun.
You are so positive, that rocks. I think we all forget how cool we thought our parents were when we were little. Plus, if you are like us, my hubbs works a lot.
I bet he is really loving all this time with the two of you!.
Enjoy the time you have together - if hubby is snapped up quickly, you can look back on it as a lovely family holiday. Sending you positive thoughts.
Good for you for being so positive. Life is very short. It is good that you are still enjoying it and going to the zoo is a great way to do that. It is so important to treasure every moment even through the hardest times.

My hubby has been signed off work for the past 3 months, our son is absolutely loving having his daddy to play with, although it does mean having another person to clean up after all day long ;)
way to think positive about the job sitch! I've been there...laughing but crying all the way home from a sudden last day on the job. Good lcuk with that and have a great zoo day!
Great way to see light in seemingly dark times. A door will open soon, I'm sure!

It's great that you are so positive. Maybe this transition will be like a birthday gift for everyone.
